Villa Anzo

From the moment we checked in at Villa Anzo, we faced live bed bugs, black mould under kitchen cabinets and flooring, ex Positive: The property is large but unsafe and uninhabitable. Negative: From check-in we experienced live bed bugs, black mould under kitchen cabinets and flooring, exposed nails, broken wood floors exposing mud, ripped and stained towels and bedding, gecko waste, and multiple geckos (small, medium, and large, at least 8 in one spot). The location is in a construction area with no roads or pathways, requiring walking through mud. The villa was completely uninhabitable, especially for children. The owner refused to answer calls or come to the villa despite repeated complaints, forcing us to sleep outside on sunbeds and vacate the next morning. Amazing experience there. Will definitely return. Positive: We Had a wonderful stay at Villa Anzo. We really enjoyed our time as a family. Kids had a blast at the pool while we enjoyed relaxing time as parents with friends. The villa is very spacious, well maintained and perfectly located as very close to both Semyniak and Canggu. We were very well welcomed and had great tips to keep everyone busy. We will definitely be back to this peace of heaven. Thanks a lot! Negative: Everything was awesome 🤩
